Sacramento International Airport is located at a distance of 9 miles from the city centre of Sacramento, linking the city with numerous major destinations.
Passengers will be able to find ground transportation adjacent to the baggage claim area (Terminal A) or the center curb, in front of Terminal B.
The Super Shuttle service provides routes to the following counties: Sacramento, El Dorado, Yoho, San Joaquin, Placer, Butte, Yuba, Sutter, Solano and Nevada.
Taxi services are also available at the airport, offered by the Sacramento Independent Taxi Owners Association (SITOA), and can be located at Terminal A, near the baggage claim area.

A round trip between downtown Sacramento and Sacramento International Airport should cost $50.
Bus services are provided by Yolobus, offering daily public transportation services to the airport and connecting routes to the Regional Transit.
The regular fares for Regional Transit buses are as follows: $2.50 for adults (age between 19 and 61) and $1.25 for seniors and students; $100 for a regular monthly pass ($50 for seniors and students).
Sacramento State University (located north of US 50) has its own buses, known as Hornet Express shuttles, collaborating with Sacramento Regional Transit for longer trips to and from campus.
